I offer both medical and surgical treatments sinus issues. Treatments may includ nasal polypectomy, septoplasty, functional sinus surgery and turbinate reduction to relieve chronic sinusitis and improve breathing.

First, I would take through history of your symptoms and perform an examination. Neck lump diagnosis sometimes involves an ultrasound scan and sometimes a biopsie is necessary. This would be booked for another date. Treatment depends on the cause and may include reassurance, monitoring, medication, or surgery such as thyroidectomy or diagnostic excision.

Yes, I diagnose and treat voice and swallowing disorders, offering therapies and surgical options for vocal cord lesions, dysphagia, and upper airway conditions. Diagnosing voice issues will very likely involve the use of a flexible nasendoscope.
This is a very small fiberoptic scope which passes to the back of your nose and then towards the very back part of your mouth. This allows me to visualise your vocal cords. This test is generally very well tolerated and only takes a few minutes for me to get all the information required to make a diagnosis.
This test used highly specialist equipment and there is an extra charge.

We provide allergy testing and optimisation of medication plus symptom control. Sometimes surgery may be beneficial to maximise relief from symptoms and allow medication to reach the correct area. However, it is a case of long-term management and there is no cure.
